Be part of Mediverse's team from the beginning to build the very first "Decentralised Autonomous Organization (DAOs)" in Thailand's healthcare industry. We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team who is proactive and ready to enjoy healthtech and blockchain technology together!!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan

• Take a leading role in an operation related to the compensation and benefit package, including performance management, salary planning, commission, etc

• Conduct a template and create workflow for (Interview, On- boarding, Orientation, Probation, Evaluation and Monitoring process.)

• Manage the day-to-day support of recruited staff for payroll, benefits, admin tasks in the form of systems, processes, and documentation

• Maintains the work structure by Creating/updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

• Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related is a plus

• Background in Human Resource for overall functions

• At least 5 years experience at Management level

• Background in healthcare and digital health is a plus, but not a must

• Passion to learn more about the crypto / blockchain landscape with an intellectual curiosity and ability to identify emerging technology trends

• Ability to work independently and be ready to initiate ideas, as well as working well with team from different backgrounds

• Good human and communication skills

• Eager to play a part in making a change in the healthcare landscape for better care quality!
